He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University, Stanislaus, along with multiple communication certifications. But credentials aren’t what define him. Jeb paid his way through college swinging a hammer as a home carpenter and still jumps into projects today—because understanding a deal means understanding the work behind it.
Jeb has completed projects in multiple states, owns a company focused on real estate investment and finance, and maintains a small portfolio of rental properties. His experience spans the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and structuring to execution and exit—giving him a practical, investor-first lens on every transaction.
An Amazon best-selling author of Million Dollar Secrets for Real Estate, Marketing, and Sales, Jeb spent 13 years in San Diego and now lives in the Lake Tahoe area, where he mountain snowmobiles in the winter and rides motorcycles in the summer.
