Complete Lending, Inc. is a national private money lender built by an investor—not a bank.

We fund real estate deals that make sense, structure capital intelligently, and tell you the truth when a deal doesn’t. That alone separates us from most lenders.

Founded in 2017 by lifelong real estate investor Chief Denney, Complete Lending, Inc. was created to challenge the transactional mindset that dominates hard money lending. Too many lenders focus on checklists and boxes. We focus on risk, structure, exits, and execution—because that’s what actually determines success.

     We don’t just lend on real estate.
            We lend with perspective.

Complete Lending, Inc. wasn’t born in a conference room or designed by Wall Street. It was built from decades of real-world experience across:
