As Chief Financial Officer, he provides disciplined financial leadership that supports sustainable growth, strong capital management, and long-term enterprise value.
James brings deep expertise in treasury management, portfolio oversight, and financial systems that support complex, multi-million-dollar lending and investment operations. He is known for building scalable financial infrastructures, strengthening internal controls, and translating financial data into clear, actionable insight for executive leadership.
Throughout his career, James has served in senior finance and team leadership roles, consistently bridging technical financial expertise with high-level strategic planning. James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Banking. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Certified Investment and Finance Analyst (CIFA).
