Chief Denney is the Founder and Managing Principal of Complete Lending, Inc. a national private money lender built by an investor, for investors. With a background in architecture and more than three decades in real estate, Chief brings a rare blend of design thinking, capital strategy, and hard-earned, in-the-trenches experience to every deal.

Before launching Complete Lending, Inc. Chief spent his career doing what most lenders only underwrite—building, acquiring, repositioning, financing, and occasionally surviving real estate projects across the country. His experience spans single-family homes, luxury residences, multifamily developments, condo conversions, large-scale subdivisions, distressed debt, and complex joint ventures in markets including California, Hawaii, Texas, Florida, the Gulf Coast, and beyond.

Chief founded Complete Lending, Inc. in 2017 with a simple but unconventional idea: lending should be consultative, not transactional. Rather than just funding deals, Complete Lending, Inc. was designed to help investors think through structure, risk, exit strategies, and capital efficiency—before mistakes get expensive. That philosophy remains central to the firm today.

Over the course of his career, Chief has been directly involved in:

• Funding more than $270M+ in private money loans
• Hundreds of residential and commercial projects nationwide
• Large-scale joint venture developments ranging from small duplex projects to 200+ unit conversions
• Acquisition and restructuring of distressed mortgage and REO portfolios
• Financing projects most traditional lenders won’t touch

Chief’s path has included both wins and scars—by design. He believes credibility in private money isn’t built in spreadsheets, but in lived experience, good judgment, and knowing when not to do a deal.

Beyond lending and investing, Chief has been a featured speaker at real estate and finance events nationwide and has appeared on national television and radio. He is also the author of multiple books on real estate, wealth, and life lessons—written not from theory, but from experience.

When he’s not allocating capital or mentoring investors, Chief enjoys anything loud, shiny, and fast—racing cars, collecting cars, and wrenching on them himself. He also loves travel, great food, music, and living life with intention. His greatest accomplishment, without question, is being a great dad to his children and amazing husband.

Regional Manager - Northern California & Nevada

As Regional Manager at Complete Lending, Inc., Jeb Durgin brings an operator’s mindset and real-world investing experience to Complete Lending, Inc.—without the Wall Street attitude. With over a decade in real estate, sales, and construction-related industries, Jeb helps investors move fast, think clearly, and close with confidence.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from California State University, Stanislaus, along with multiple communication certifications. But credentials aren’t what define him. Jeb paid his way through college swinging a hammer as a home carpenter and still jumps into projects today—because understanding a deal means understanding the work behind it.

Jeb has completed projects in multiple states, owns a company focused on real estate investment and finance, and maintains a small portfolio of rental properties. His experience spans the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and structuring to execution and exit—giving him a practical, investor-first lens on every transaction.

An Amazon best-selling author of Million Dollar Secrets for Real Estate, Marketing, and Sales, Jeb spent 13 years in San Diego and now lives in the Lake Tahoe area, where he mountain snowmobiles in the winter and rides motorcycles in the summer. He’s actively involved in local community groups, volunteers his time, and thrives on adrenaline and excitement—something real estate delivers daily through fast decisions, real risk, and real opportunity.

Senior Loan Processor | Processing Manager
 

Premjith Kumar brings over 12 years of BPO and mortgage processing experience to Complete Lending’s fast-moving private money operation. As Senior Loan Processor and Processing Manager, Prem is known for his immediate responsiveness, clear communication, and relentless attention to detail. He thrives in high-velocity environments, cutting through friction and paperwork to keep loans moving smoothly from intake to close.

Prem plays a critical role in powering confident, timely lending decisions for both investors and borrowers. His customer-first mindset, disciplined execution, and “get-it-done” approach help ensure that Complete Lending, Inc. delivers speed, certainty, and professionalism—without the bureaucracy and stuffiness of traditional Wall Street lenders.

Beyond processing excellence, Prem is an engaged and active team player who regularly participates in and helps drive team-building initiatives that keep the organization connected, motivated, and operating at a high level.

Outside of work, Prem is passionate about terrarium building and nature exploration. His curiosity and creativity fuel continuous personal growth and sharpen the focus and patience he brings to his professional role.

Marketing Director

Donna brings world-class fashion design and entertainment-industry creativity to her role leading marketing at Complete Lending, Inc. With a career spanning high-impact costume design, swimwear, activewear, lingerie, and eveningwear, Donna has built a reputation for creating visually unforgettable work that captures attention and elevates brands.

Over the years, Donna’s designs have been worn by notable public figures such as Ariana Grande, Ryan Lochte, Nicky Hilton, and featured across entertainment, fashion, and editorial channels as Vogue, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, Vanity Fair, and Rolling Stone, among others.  Her work is also tied to major costume design and product lines through her long-standing industry experience, including leadership design roles with Dreamgirl International. 

In addition to her design work, Donna’s creative world includes the pace and polish of Hollywood—where she has appeared at numerous industry and red-carpet events documented in editorial photo archives.  That blend of aesthetic mastery + cultural awareness is exactly what she brings to Complete Lending’s marketing: brand positioning that feels premium, messaging that stands out in a crowded market, and campaigns designed to win attention quickly—then convert it into trust.

Regional Manager — Southern California & Colorado 

Rocket Denney is a dynamic real estate and private lending professional with experience helping investors and homebuyers achieve their financial and property goals. As Regional Manager for Southern California and Colorado at Complete Lending, Inc., Rocket brings strategic insight, solutions oriented, and a client-first mindset to every transaction, guiding borrowers through complex lending scenarios with clarity and confidence. 

Prior to joining Complete Lending, Inc., Rocket built a successful track record as a real estate investor while in his teens, working hands-on with fix-and-flip projects, property rehabs, and investment acquisitions throughout in the Tampa, FL. and San Diego, CA. markets. His practical experience in purchasing, renovating, and selling gives him a unique perspective on structuring funding solutions that align with investor timelines and profit objectives. 

Rocket is known for his "want to help" attitude, results-driven approach, and commitment to educating clients on the market, loan options, and strategic investing. He is passionate about helping clients versus "selling" clients so they can grow their real estate success with confidence. 

Outside of work, Rocket is engaged in the bouldering/climbing community, passionate about cars,  and enjoys building relationships both professionally and personally.

Brian brings a rare blend of lender, investor, and operator experience to Complete Lending, Inc. With more than 3,000 closed transactions across lending, investing, and property management, Brian has built a reputation for treating every client’s business as if it were his own—always focused on helping partners close more deals and grow their bottom line.

His deep industry relationships and hands-on experience allow him to deliver proven loan programs, creative deal structures, and ultra-competitive pricing, while also providing something few lenders offer: access to pre-vetted, off-market wholesale opportunities. Brian’s consultative approach goes far beyond facilitating a smooth transaction—he actively looks for ways to add strategic value before, during, and after the loan closes.

Complete Lending, Inc. has referred nearly 600 pre-vetted off-market wholesale deals back to its clients, generating over $17 million in documented profits for investor partners. This commitment to real-world results continues to drive the evolution of Complete Lending’s “Deals Delivered” platform and value-added services.

With over two years of hands-on experience working directly with the Complete Lending team, Pavan is known for his reliability, organization, and consistent client-first approach.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, providing a strong foundation in professional and operational discipline. Pavan excels at managing priorities, keeping workflows organized, and ensuring that critical tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. His work is guided by a strong commitment to honesty, ethical integrity, and high-quality support across every interaction.

Outside of work, Pavan is passionate about health and fitness. He follows a nutrient-rich lifestyle and enjoys swimming as a way to stay active, focused, and balanced.

Chief Financial Officer

James Wachie is a seasoned finance executive with more than 14 years of experience leading financial strategy and operations across the lending, mortgage, financial services, and insurance sectors. As Chief Financial Officer, he provides disciplined financial leadership that supports sustainable growth, strong capital management, and long-term enterprise value.

James brings deep expertise in treasury management, portfolio oversight, and financial systems that support complex, multi-million-dollar lending and investment operations. He is known for building scalable financial infrastructures, strengthening internal controls, and translating financial data into clear, actionable insight for executive leadership.

Throughout his career, James has served in senior finance and team leadership roles, consistently bridging technical financial expertise with high-level strategic planning. His ability to align financial operations with business objectives makes him a trusted partner in decision-making and organizational growth.

James holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Banking. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a Certified Investment and Finance Analyst (CIFA).

Outside of work, James enjoys staying active, cooking healthy meals, and traveling. He believes in turning vision into value through financial mastery.

Kylie Bennett is the innovative voice behind Complete Lending’s client communication experience — combining cutting-edge technology with a people-first approach to ensure every investor feels heard, guided, and supported from the very first phone call.

As Director of Client Experience & AI Communications, Kylie leads the company’s intelligent call center operations, helping connect real estate investors with the right financing solutions quickly and efficiently. Powered by advanced AI systems and backed by Complete Lending’s decades of lending expertise, Kylie ensures clients receive consistent, knowledgeable, and upbeat support every time they reach out.

Well-versed in all aspects of investor lending — including fix-and-flip financing, rental and DSCR loans, ground-up construction, bridge solutions, and refinancing strategies — Kylie understands investor goals and direct them to the best path forward. Her relentless drive to reach and assist more investors reflects Complete Lending’s mission: helping clients close more deals with confidence and speed.
